Highly Recommend Ross Family Tree Service! The tree in our front yard was a serious danger to our family. It was dead, splitting, and we were afraid it would fall on our house. Over the years, we called several companies, but either they didn’t show up or quoted us outrageous prices. On a Friday afternoon, I texted the number on their website. By Sunday morning, Victoria responded and asked if they could come by the next day. She gave me an estimated time and even updated me when they left their previous job, arriving right on time. They provided a very reasonable quote and said they’d be in touch to schedule the work. The following Sunday, Victoria texted again to let us know they’d be by the next day—and once again, they showed up exactly on time! They cut the tree down enough so that it was no longer a danger to our home, and they did an AMAZING job. They cleaned up everything, and the price was exactly as quoted. I called Ross Family Tree Service on Tuesday and spoke with Victoria about having 7 palms trimmed. The problem is that equipment can’t get to the trees, so they would need to be climbed and cut. She said she’d reach out to her husband and get back with me. She texted me within a few hours that he could come that day and take a look. Said husband (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) came by and told me he could bring ladders and climb the trees to trim. And he could do it the next day!!! I was elated! I had just had my previous tree guy at the last minute cancel and it had happened with him before, and I just wanted to get rid of him. On Wednesday the husband and crew showed up and trimmed those palms beautifully! I’ve had a lot of palms over the years and these are the best I’ve seen trimmed! We recently bought a home in Hohenwald and quite a few of the trees needed trimming badly. Some were overhanging the roof and were a potential problem. I contacted them and explained my issue. Victoria said they were very backed up and would try and fit me in, but it would be about 3 weeks. I considered calling around, but decided to wait. I was excited when Victoria called and said they could be out Monday between 8:30 and 9:00. David and his crew showed on time, maybe even slightly early. We did a walk around to review what was needed and they got right to work. I am so glad I didn't call someone else. David and his crew did an awesome job. He did way more than I expected. He took care of things he knew might become potential issues. When they were done they cleaned up and left my property in better shape than it was when they arrived. David and his crew are some of the hardest working, most conscientiousness guys I have ever seen. He works hard and sets a great example for his crew. I got way more value for my money than I expected. I plan on having them come back and remove a couple trees. I highly recommend Ross family tree service and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Cannot praise this company enough! They did a fabulous job, in a record time, and cleaned up, like it was their home, and company was coming over. The first thing my husband commented on was how clean the yard was, after they left. What I appreciated most was that the owner showed up to give an estimate, when he said he would, the estimate was the actual cost, and he showed up, when he said he would, to do the work. Can seem hard to find someone to follow through on things, when they say they will, these days. So that was definitely noticed and respected! Every crew member was nice and knew their job. I couldn’t have received any better service. I had numerous trees that had fallen across my driveway from a recent storm and I needed to gas for my generator and propane for my furnace. Ross Family tree service was my first call for help. They came right out and removed the trees off the driveway in an UTV since the roads in my area were impassable vehicle. I am a customer for life. I always get at least 3 estimates on any work I have done. The price they quoted was amazing. The work was large oaks hanging over my home. They removed them, cut up the wood for me for fireplace.
